Ein junger Theaterregisseur aus der Off-Szene ringt um das Ende für sein Stück, in dem er die Beziehung zu seiner Mutter aufarbeitet. Er verliert sich in der Welt seiner traumatisierten Figuren, während seine Beziehung in die Brüche geht und draußen die Welt aus den Fugen gerät. Mit der Vergangenheit hinter sich, kann er sich der Gegenwart widmen.

A young off-stage theater director struggles to find the end of his play, in which he tries to work through the relationship with his mother. He loses himself in the world of his traumatized characters as his relationship breaks down and the world outside the world gets out of hand. With the past behind him, he can devote himself to the present.
